Q. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
A. After your payment is verified, it takes up to 3 days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Q. HOW DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS AND WHAT IS THE PRICING?
A. You receive Fast Free Shipping that takes only 3-7 business days for delivery. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and shipping your order. Depending on where you are in the country, we will use different shipping companies to get your product to you as fast as possible.
Q. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
A. We only ship to the contiguous USA.
Q. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
A. The shipping times depend on your exact location and items purchased. It usually takes 3-7 days for delivery to the the contiguous US. We do offer products that are in high demand so on a rare occasion it may take a little longer to fulfil your order as we may need to source it from another fulfilment center.
Q. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A. If tracking is available for your items, we will send you the tracking codes when available to the email that you provided when placing your orders. This email will also inform you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed shortly after receiving that email while the shipping providers system updates.
Q. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A. Visit our store, choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" and "Check out". If you have a coupon code you can apply it at checkout. Then fill in your information and pay.
Q. HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
A. Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
